This is definitely not my theme, but the dog, crowbar and the amount of minifigs is really seducing, and ooops. . .

Theme: City
Name: Police Minifigure Collection
S/N: #7279
Year: 2011
Pieces: 57
Minifig: 4
Price: RM44.90

Box
I found a lot of collector were collecting this theme and are building their own ideal city out from it. But they just got better in every reissue. Anyway, I found this set interesting and grab it. The front of the box shows the details needed and nice box art. The top side of the box shows a police minifig in actual scale while the back are pictures and words in different languages.

Content
The set comes with an instruction booklet and two bags of bricks. I do not expect much from a small set like this but the accessories are tempting me to get it.

Accessories
There is this new crowbar and new backpack. Both were the new accessories this year. This is the first crowbar that I have get for my minifigs.

Animal(s)
This is a new dog which is are printed compare to the old dog that got no prints on it. The K-9 dog have different printing on the front if not mistaken when compared to the dog in the Pet Shop.

Minifigs
We get two police office and two robbers. They are not much of a new minifig but I think one of the robber got new torso so do the police officer which got the "POLICE" word printed at the back of the torso.

[

ATM Machine
It looks very simple and I am not too sure whether it is a newly printed slope piece but it looks like a ATM machine that lack of a few features like keypad and card slot. Below the screen are some box which can be open and close and the crowbar can be put in a good use.

Police ATV
The ATV looks small and bulky but I like it. It was a very simple build but was nicely design although I do have not see an actual ATV before. The police word are printed part. No headlight and rear light though.

Extra pieces
These are the extra pieces left from this set.

Completed model
Will recommend this to the city builder if the police force are not enough. Is a nice set with a lot of minifigs and is affordable.

Playability: 4/10 Playabilty. . . hmm. . . moving ATV wheel and open and close ATM.
Building experience: 4/10 Is a small set, so is quite fun depending on your mood at that point of time.
Parts: 8/10 Most of the parts are for minifigs and accessories. So I should give a high points perhaps?
Value for money: 8/10 Is cheap as the minifigs compensate the price of this set already.
Overall: 6/10 Just grab them for fun if you got nothing to build or too lazy to build a big set.

Well, cheap or expensive depend on what are you trying to get. For example, if you are buying according to the part list of a given Lego set separately, it is very expensive as compare to buy a complete set as a whole.
If you are just looking at some particular hard to get pieces, it might be worthwhile.

Nowadays, online banking has the PAYPAL facility that you can use for making online purchase. Try look at the demo page of the online payment for PAYPAL on any bank (for those bank that offer this service)

Bro Cheng-fei,
sure you want to have the 4 IR and Remote controller for your moc right. Grin

i have an idea to make this 8043 become pneumatic function, but need to settle the battery box.

if want to get this set now, have to make sure the 4pcs linear acumulator are new type or not 1st. also the instruction page too.
