Since there are still no MOCS posted yet, let me show you a minor MOC I did with my crawler crane and thunder driller

Presenting, the bore pile drilling rig. You can see this machine quite often at city constructions sites when they are boring a hole to cast a pile (the foundation of the building) into the earth.

    Another view

Drilling crew at work....err that rock monster..?! Shocked

    A village train station

not really a MOC, but one of my last creation last year to mix the different sets i have: castle, blue era rail, grey era rail, a fabuland phone, some sets from Lego system. sounds great to create MOC, i'll try one one day, but nowadays as adult really don't have the heart to break down my lego sets (which are now more like a collection). When i was young, brother and i mixed up all the bricks and built many MOCs - haunted castle, cities, tree house, transformer, space ship, ...etc

hey Panjang16, i have the F1 car too here  Kiss

perhaps this railway crossing is MOC after all

this X-cross railway crossing is also MOC

they looks ugly and are using very very old parts, though  Grin

Here's something a little more technical: Motorizing 8448 supercar. I am using Power Function parts from my monster Dino to do this motorisation. Below are some pictures.

The 8448 supercar with gull-wing setup. This design allows a HUGE space in the boot for motorizing it.

The steering mechanism. Originally wanted to have it set up so that the steering wheel can turn also, but not enough parts (need those universal joints connecting the steering wheel) to do it for front wheel drive.

The XL motor connected to the engine. As you can see it is well connected to the gearbox and chassis. This is crucial since the XL motor is quite strong and you need a high torque to turn the wheels.

Another view of the steering and XL motor with IR receiver. The white driver's seat was taken out to do this shot. Unfortunately I am not able to fit in the passenger side seat.

Battery compartment.. well, I just stash it in the boot  Grin Easier to replace and connect/reconnect.

Another shot with remote. As you can see, the remote is SMALL compared to the whole car.

Overall you can't really go fast in this set-up. This is due to the gear setup as well as the friction that the motor has to overcome throughout the gearing. The best gear to drive is 1st gear. Using any gear higher the car will move very slowly (like a real car, trying moving from standstill in 1st gear). When the car is moving the V8 turns too!

@ weiwei2, the jeep is not Lego, it is a clone brick jeep. More here http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=2668218  Grin I know coz I have 1 too, but not built yet.

I've seen the white monster before, but not the rest.

The elephant is interesting. I reckon the other monster are not pretty happy since the elephant is on its way to squish them!  Grin

    Dear WeiWei2,

    Apologies.

We were upgrading the forum to enable easier file upload and somehow accidentally deleted your tribal town.

     Sad

    Can you reupload?

You no longer need to put it in photobucket, and you could upload multiple files at one go.

They are using "jumper" plates. U know those plates that are 2 studs wide, but only have one single stud on top?  Smiley
