I think LEGO was very late to introduce the Toy Story Theme because the Toy Story movie is like more than 8+yrs old..

    Ohh.. Hahha! Found the plot!

Andy is now a young adult, departing for college, with his toys, including Woody (Tom Hanks) and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) being sent to storage. However, a change of heart means Andy decides to keep Woody. Before they can be put in the attic however, the rest of the toys are accidentally thrown away in the trash and are picked up by the garbage men. They are soon picked up by a local day-care center, where they must try to survive the everyday, pre-school children, as Woody attempts to save his friends and find themselves all a new home.

(abit off the lego topic now,, hee)

I am impressed with the Toy Story sets produced by Lego. The sets came out better than expected! Make the action figures and vehicles by other toy makers look very cheap and ugly.

Lion-kun glads that others feel the same about the set. Most foreign lego-enthusiasts have such concerns:

    i. I sure hope that the hats are removable
ii. aww man.... lego made these abnormal oversized heads ......
iii. these figs look soooo action-figurish....
iv. So -un MOCable with other sets.....

    Some positive ones:
    i. Wow.... the figs are so realistic, and the new scale for legs and heads could make other things possible too! (one instance mentioned creating a Chewbacca in correct scale
    ii. Such details

Lion-kun finds those concerns above really amusing. But yeah, maybe abit too serious about LEGO. Lion-kun thinks it should be more about fun

I might consider this theme if the price is right.

I don't remember any pink bear as well as the trash compactor scene in TS1 and TS2. TS3 scenes perhaps?

    The train set looks great!!
