Greetings...
1st would like to wish u guys HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR...
This week was a quite long holiday for me so I've decided to assemble my collection...
Considered as my 1st assembly after 13 years didn't touch Lego...  Cheesy
Choose to assemble the 8285 Tow Truck as I really love pneumatic system & got few modification plan (convert to full pneumatic)...
Will stop writing now & continue with pics...  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy (Sorry for the lousy pics & background)

BOX - Huge but didn't really like the way they packed the parts; compared to previous model, Lego put special plastic compartments in the box so the package won't move around...

LID - Very nice image showing the actual size and its functionality...

MANUAL - Bind into sets, really helpful...

STICKERS - OK (personally didn't like Lego with stickers)

PACKAGING - Lots of parts, yeay...! (sure pening mau cari part nih, hahahahaha)

ADDITIONAL PARTS - Bought online but unfortunately half still haven't arrive... Sad (mini pump, air tank, tubing & pressure gauge)

    hi apai-janggoat.
Great job, you have modify the mini penumatic pump into tow truck.
The mini pump are function when the truck are moving, then you need to charge the air tank when the truck are moving.
You take out the hand pump?
If the mini pump are function with elect. motor are quite okay too.
If both hand pump and mini pump are add in together, then you got more function.

    Anyway, nice Modify. Grin Grin
