    Theme: Star Wars
Name: Ahsoka's Jedi Starfighter & Vulture Droid
    S/N: #7751
    Year: 2009
    Pieces: 291
    Minifig: 4
    Price: RM200?

    Box
There's no two version of box for this set. The front of the box shows not only the box art itself but also the minifigs included in this set. The side shows us the scale of the minifigs and the back shows us the functions that each of these vehicles possesses.

    Content
We get a instruction booklet, a sticker sheet and four packs of bricks. This one seems to have more pieces.

    Accessory
Again, we just get a lightsaber, which is just sufficient for Ahsoka since there is no other character here except droids.

    Minifigs
What I can say here is that, there are only two minifigs (R7-A7 and Ahsoka) that I approve while the other two are just made out of bricks. Below are the pictures:

I got to say the Buzz Droids are oversize, TLG should came up with a smaller version.

    Ahsoka's Jedi Starfighter
One thing I like about this starfighter is that the front pieces are printed and they look pretty nice. I should say that this is the pros of this set.

There is a button below at the back, and it is for you to push it to shoot the missile.

It got blaster cannon on both side at the front too but the republic emblem is sticker and not printed.

Below the starfighter are push-fire missile (that's the function of the set) together with the landing gear.

The droid compartment are covered with tile, so again, the droid are not attach to the ship and fall off easily if you swoosh around.

The cockpit is just fitting and have a printed monitor just like Anakin's Jedi Starfighter.

Vulture droid continue in next post. . .

    Vulture Droid
The Vulture Droid seriously need to be decorated with sticker or else it will be so blue which looks like the picture below:

Now to the flying mode (which I think picture above are in flying mode too), maybe engage mode, just split the wing open.

and to the landing mode, which the head can turn around. Also, the movement is very limited whether you split the wing or change the position due to the flick-fire function.

Flick-fire missile is a very common function for Star Wars theme, but as for this one, you need to split the wing open in order to attach the missiles.

    Extra pieces
Here's the leftovers after we constructed both the ship.

    Completed model
This set is actually good, if the price are a bit lower. I can't recall the exact local price for this set, but as far as I know, it is very pricey. But now the price drop to RM200 (that's the price I saw at my local TRU) and might further drop.

Playability: 10/10 The JSF itself have only push-fire function while the Vulture Droid can change position and has flick-fire function.
Design : 10/10 Nice design for both the vehicle although a little problem with the Vulture Droid.
Price : 4/10 Is expensive here.
Overall: 7/10 There are functions, special figs and nice design, especially the printed part.
