This is the impulse set that was released 2 years ago.

    The packaging:

    The content:

    The minifig:

    The boat:

    The completed set

This set is certainly worth the money, to get a minifig and a boat.
Certainly a good present for young kids who just started LEGO.

Same case like the police helicopter. But RM10 is cheaper than impulse though.  Azn
