    FYI, the RRP is 9.90. I suppose TRU marked up the price.

    if they increase price by RM2 each and people need to buy them to join the contest, assuming they receive 1000 forms,

    They already earn RM2000, minus the prize about RM500, they still untung a lot...clever marketing ploy..

    Even without the contest, the figs would sell. The quantities are SOOOOOOO limited.

    Nowday the money are become smaller and smaller.
    YOu can see that the gold's price are keep increase.

    So I think TRU also wanna survice too. so the price are increase.

    They are always the first to increase price la, even Bionicle last time also they start increase to RM40 per canister.

    hmm, 12.90 seems ok lah for Malaysian pricing. US was only some 7.50 only. I'd say the first launch RM 10 for series 1 was a really good buy.
