An old video showing how Classic sets like the pirate set, light and sound set as well as other Classic sets are made in the 1990s. The video quality is quite bad but still can be viewed as it used to be on VHS.

    Enjoy!

    How Lego Bricks are Made

Some things I noticed those days:-
    1) There were more ppl then
    2) To make each Lego brick there were more flashing attached to the bricks. The new ones don't even have flashing coming our from the molding machines.
    3) The good old days when the boxes have a hard tray, flip-open and plastic tray.
    4) A light and sound set" Rescue helicopter" is shown being packed
    5) Technic used to have minifigures (are they called minifigures?)
    6) This video is more old school then the newer How It Works video

More reason Vintage Lego is the Best!
